Language is the key to integration.
Accepted refugees receive a financial support for language courses from the federal office for migration and refugees. Though, the procedure for granting the right of asylum can take a long time and the official language courses are very crowded and it can take some time to get a free place.
Flüchtlingshilfe Flensburg supports the language acquisition by giving language courses on different levels that are free of charge.
